What you’ll be working on:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Administrator to join our team. The Marketing Administrator will support the marketing department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Maintain and organize marketing files, documents, and databases.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents related to marketing expenses.
Campaign Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on campaign results.
Content Management:
Update and manage the company’s website and social media platforms with new content.
Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
Assist in analyzing market data and preparing reports for the marketing team.
Support the development of marketing strategies based on research findings.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information and interactions.
Assist in managing customer communication and follow-up activities.
Generate reports from the CRM system to support marketing and sales efforts.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role or similar position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media, email marketing).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Experience in a real estate or property management setting is a plus.
