Marketing Executive - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and social media posts.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Gather and analyze data to develop insights that inform marketing strategies.
Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Develop and maintain strong brand presence through creative and innovative marketing tactics.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Optimize website content and manage SEO/SEM efforts to increase online visibility and traffic.
Utilize email marketing tools to design and execute email campaigns.
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing projects.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and product launches.
Manage logistics, budgeting, and promotion for events to ensure successful execution.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports for management on marketing activities, results, and ROI.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven 5 years of experience in a marketing role, in a retail industry in UAE.
Strong understanding of current marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
