My client are a leading luxury destination management company specializing in the Indian Ocean, UAE, and South Africa. Due to growth they are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their fast-growing team based in Dubai.

Role Overview:

Looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join their agile team and support the Director of Marketing. This role involves managing top level marketing strategy, translating content for the Russian market, and handling various marketing initiatives across both online and offline marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain marketing databases.
Translate local Russian market content (email, social media, sales materials).
Communicate regularly with global teams and hotels.
Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and support campaign management.
Develop and manage the yearly content calendar.
Create engaging Russian content with the creative team.
Conduct market research to inform strategies and identify opportunities.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Russian.
3+ years of marketing experience (ideally some B2B experience) preferably in luxury hospitality or travel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., JIRA, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for luxury travel and integrated digital campaigns.
Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
