Senior Marketing Manager - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth goals.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure that the marketing strategy effectively targets key customer segments and drives brand differentiation in the blockchain and cryptocurrency education space.
Brand Management:
Oversee the development and management of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Enhance brand visibility and reputation through innovative branding initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor brand health metrics and implement strategies to strengthen the brand’s position in the market.
Digital Marketing:
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement.
Drive user acquisition and engagement through targeted digital marketing strategies.
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new courses and features.
Define and communicate the value proposition of the platform’s offerings to target audiences.
Lead the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including course descriptions, sales enablement tools, and customer case studies.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and organizations to expand the platform’s reach.
Negotiate and manage marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Build and maintain relationships with blockchain and cryptocurrency communities to drive brand advocacy.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and track performance against targets.
Utilize marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of marketing team members.
Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the marketing team to stay ahead of industry trends.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives.
Monitor and control marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry is highly desirable.
Skills:
Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
