Assistant Marketing Manager - Dubai
Job Purpose
Responsible for the overall 360 degrees marketing and communication function for the department. To assist the Cluster Director of Marketing and Communications in the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies for brands – on both online and offline platforms with the objective to position brands to drive awareness and conversion in order to achieve goals and increase market revenue.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Assist in the creation and implementation of annual marketing plans and strategies for the cluster of hotels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Digital Marketing
Support the management and optimization of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging content for the hotel’s website and social media platforms.
Oversee the execution of digital campaigns and track their effectiveness using analytics tools.
Social Media Management
Support in developing social media strategy, proof read social media content calendars create moodboards for campaigns and campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Public Relations & Communications
Assist in puttig together monthly listings, and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials through the appointed PR agency
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
Coordinate and manage brand events, influencers’ campaigns promotions, and special CSR projects.
Advertising & Promotions
Help design and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels.
Coordinate promotional activities and special offers to attract guests and drive bookings.
Event Management
Support the planning and execution of on-property events, including conferences, partnerships, and corporate functions.
Collaborate with internal F&B, Spa, Revenue teams to create calendars of events and marketing plans
Manage marketing operations to support the overall marketing function and internal promotions - printed collaterals, signage, Digital Screens and digital platforms
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and campaigns.
Prepare regular reports and monthly marketing performance and insights.
Budget Management
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Monitor expenses and work within allocated budgets to maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with other departments, including sales, revenue management, and operations, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Provide support to the Cluster Marketing Manager and other team members as required.
Sales Support
Support the Sales team with factsheets, imagery library and also collaborations
