Senior Director- Financial Services Digital Consulting - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Lead C-suite and board-level discussions to uncover strategic needs and challenges. Leverage your expertise in FS payments, open banking, and digital transformation to provide high-impact solutions.
Strategic Leadership: Utilize your consulting experience to step into interim executive roles (e.g., CEO, CFO) as needed. Guide teams through complex projects, fostering innovation and aligning with client objectives.
Business Development: Drive aggressive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities, with a focus on deals worth $3M USD or more. Develop and present compelling proposals in payments, digital transformation, and open banking.
Insight and Strategy: Use data and research to create customized strategies and frameworks that address client needs in FS payments and open banking. Ensure that your recommendations are actionable and generate significant business value.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project outputs meet strategic goals and client expectations.
Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance. Share best practices and insights from your consulting experience in FS payments and digital transformation.
What We’re Looking For:

Consulting Experience: Extensive consulting background with a proven ability to manage and deliver projects valued at USD 3M or more in financial services, particularly in digital transformation, payments, and open banking.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem-solving capabilities. Expertise in integrating market trends into innovative solutions for payments and open banking.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving business development. Ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs and achieve significant project success.
Network: A robust professional network and solid credentials. Experience in the Saudi market or GCC Market is a must.
Language Requirement: Bilingual (Arabic/English Speaking Candidates)
