We are actively looking for a versatile and data-driven Marketing Manager with a comprehensive skill set in financial services to orchestrate our marketing initiatives in the MENA and South Africa region. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with both MENA business unit heads and the central Marketing team. The primary focus will be on campaign management, content creation, lead generation, and business development, driving business growth in our target markets within MENA.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business unit head and CEO to define and implement the marketing strategy, propositions, and key messages to meet business targets.
Ensure that the global brand tone of voice and visual identity are maintained across all communications, both globally and locally initiated.
Brief the central Performance Marketing team to develop online campaigns that generate lead demand cost-efficiently to meet CPA targets.
Evaluate the performance across the conversion funnel from lead to traded account, identifying conversion weaknesses, cost inefficiencies, and making recommendations for corrective action to improve conversion rates.
Lead the customer retention program for the region, including both funnel and customer development emails.
Develop and execute a strong local social media campaign to raise awareness and engagement for the brand across key platforms.
Review the brand reputation across review sites, app stores, and forums, working with the central team to address material comments and reviews to mitigate brand damage.
Plan and coordinate local marketing initiatives such as seminars, webinars, and trade shows.
Provide a monthly review of marketing performance and activity for review by senior management.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience with Content, Influencer marketing and Video creation.
Strong Analytics and data experience to be able to lead a campaign from ideation to execution across multiple channels from performance, CRM ( preferably salesforce marketing cloud) , website and social media.
Experience with detailed campaign reporting, attribution and tracking.
3+ years of direct brand marketing or agency experience within the Equities, FX, and CFD sector.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is required. Experience managing a marketing campaign for a singular brand throughout the MENA region is essential.
Experience in live event marketing is preferred.
Proven multi-channel experience with all major performance marketing channels, including mobile programmatic, paid search, display, and social.
Solid experience working closely with sales teams with full responsibility for KPIs along the marketing & sales funnel.
Ability to communicate and execute industry best practices and stay updated on the latest digital trends.
Strong interest in media trends and keeping up to date on new developments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Personal CFD trading experience would be considered an advantage along with a understanding of trading platforms .
