Marketing Senior Specialist - Dubai

As a Senior Specialist Marketing in social media, the role encompasses a variety of responsibilities geared towards cultivating a robust online presence and driving strategic digital marketing initiatives. Involves formulating comprehensive campaigns spanning diverse channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising to managing and optimizing paid search and social media advertising endeavors, the role aims at maximizing return on investment and attaining overarching business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

· Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
· Manage and optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
· Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.
· Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Track and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generated from digital marketing efforts.
· Formulate and refine the brand strategy to align with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
· Preferred certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint and LinkedIn Marketing

Minimum Experience
· Exposure in Digital Marketing and Social media is a must
· Five (5) years relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media in both B2B and B2C companies.
