Marketing Manager - Dubai

Are you experienced in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and services? As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote our real estate properties and services.
Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts.
Coordinate and manage events such as open houses, property tours, and trade shows.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead-generation efforts.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective and within budget.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 experience in marketing, out of it 5 years must be from the real estate industry in Dubai.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing software and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management tools.

Salary: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
