The Marketing Executive is accountable for developing and implementing marketing campaigns with the aim of promoting company’s products and services. S/He handles various responsibilities ranging from creative, analytical, digital, offline, commercial and administrative, all aligned towards the achievement of the overall marketing strategy.
The candidate should have good Arabic and English level.
Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to promote the products and services online/offline.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with suppliers, mall management to negotiate contracts, monitor performance and related activities.
Support on in-mall marketing activities, new store openings and in-store events.
Support on managing campaigns with influencers and any other collaborations required.
Develop marketing campaigns and budgets for stores and online and liaise with the Creative Team on the communication visuals driving traffic to stores.
Support on B2B marketing activities and campaigns.
Social Media Management and Content Creation
Manage the social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and create engaging content for all channels (social media, website, email marketing and other marketing channels).
Monitor social media trends and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Represent the brand on camera with high standards of communication.
Monitor and measure marketing campaigns through KPIs (reach, impressions, conversion rate, CTR and sales) and raise recommendations accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Good English and Arabic command is required
Experience with Google Analytics
Good Digital Marketing Skills
Google Suite & Microsoft Office knowledge
Video and Photo Editing on Adobe Creative Suite in a standard level is required
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
