Customer Service Executive - Dubai
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
