Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is positive, passionate and a great communicator. You will be a supportive team member with initiative to drive your accounts and assist your team members when required.
You need to have extensive experience with Shopper Marketing, including developing strategies and executing campaigns
Events management from initiation to completion.
Understanding consumer purchasing behavior.
There is a great deal of autonomy in the role and to be effective you must be extremely organised, with strong attention to detail and possess the ability to respond quickly, problem solve and prioritise effectively.

Work closely with the sales team to identify and deliver against campaign KPIs 
Work with the sales team pre- and post-sale to maximize revenue opportunities by suggesting improvements to existing and future campaigns and providing reporting to key stakeholders
Analyze campaign results and create client-facing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides that cogently illustrate campaign performance, successes, and future opportunities 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
0 - 1 year of campaign management experience at a publisher, agency, or adtech
Or 1 - 2 years of digital media experience 
Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM) or a similar ad server
Working knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem include DSPs, Exchanges, SSPs, and other vendors
Familiarity with browser inspection tools, Google Publisher Toolbar, Firebug, Charles Proxy, or other troubleshooting software
Understanding of third-party tracking and reconciliation
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented media professional who is solutions-oriented and focused on client satisfaction
Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills including pivot tables, calculated fields, conditional formatting, and vlookups

Purpose of the Role 

As Media Planning Manager you’ll effectively run the day to day planning on key accounts, supporting the delivery of multiple workstreams in order to meet client expectations. Providing support to the senior team and taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

You’ll work with multiple internal stakeholder and utilise dentsu data sources to create robust consumer journeys to help inform strategic development and develop innovative campaigns and plans. You’ll also work with the clients central team, delivering strong client service, demonstrating a good understanding of the client’s products and services, and supporting in in identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-selling.

Key Responsibilities

Build and develop media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clients
Use your understanding of commercial opportunities and trading focuses to ensure investment is guided towards the most appropriate partners
Work with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to SLA’s, ensuring delivery of outstanding client service for your client according to appropriate contact strategy and client service plan. 
Respond in a timely and accurate manner to client requests for information, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and colleagues across the network in order to deal with their requests. 
Work with, and brief, dentsu stakeholders to develop activation plans from the agreed ecosystem. Ensure the stakeholders deliver work to brief and on time and work with activation teams and clients to ensure any learnings from campaign optimisation are actively applied to the campaign. 

Qualifications + Skills 

Solid experience in a media planning role for within an agency environment with experience in TV and outdoor planning is essential
External market awareness: both in the media industry and client-specific challenges. 
Project management skills; able to draw up plans for delivery of work to deadlines and with all milestones plotted; follows up key deliverables to ensure timely delivery and head off any risks. 
Ability to think and act proactively to create regular contact opportunities; shares information, experience and insight with client to build trust and mutual respect.

Purpose of the role

The Campaign Executive plays a media-focused and team-support role. The role requires the ability to handle a number of projects at any one time as well as being able to respond quickly to journalist and team requests. Core Responsibilities

Client Management

Assists the team with the management of client accounts and projects, helping to establish TEAM LEWIS as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services
Offers thoughtful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding media opportunities and tactics
Coordinates communication (including meetings and reviews) with clients and ensures deadlines and service agreements are adhered to
Participating in new business pitches by providing research support and coordination

Media Relations

Understands and avidly follows the news agenda, positioning clients and products within the wider news narrative
Researches and identifies appropriate journalists, bloggers and analysts on an on-going basis
Develops and strengthens existing media relationships for self and the team
Monitors relevant news sources and alerts the team to relevant breaking news opportunities
Understands and identifies strong news angles and media opportunities
Secures on-going and regular media opportunities such as columns and Q&amp;As;Organises and coordinates media interviews and press briefings

Content

Drafts a broad range of written materials including biographies, briefing documents, media alerts, soundbites, Q&amp;As;, backgrounders and boilerplates, ensuring a consistent level of high quality content

Digital / Social media

Provides social media execution and management of related digital activity
Implements and maintains social media communities, campaigns and projects for digital clients

Contributes to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels
Production of social first copy for all channels using appropriate techniques and language relevant to each platform

Team Working and Development

Ensures personal and deliverable client objectives are met on an ongoing basis
Accurately reports activity levels and regularly completes timesheets to ensure correct allocation of client duties
Escalates general new business requests to appropriate team members, acting as a first point of contact for external enquiries
Works closely with line manager to maximise own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development
Supports with the training of graduates and interns wherever possible
Regularly attends TEAM LEWIS training sessions and daily press briefings to enhance skills and develop knowledge

Reporting and analysis

Tracks and reports on media activity, including coverage reports, press clippings, online media engagement
Ensures that all account activity and results are reported back to the Senior Campaign Executive / Campaign Manager / Campaign Director
Communicates account performance internally at account reviews
Provides reports to the Campaign Director or senior management team on request

General

Supports the Campaign Servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects
Takes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values, and work
Supports the HR/talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at TEAM LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme

About You

Relevant experience in a B2B, corporate, consumer, or digital communications environment at a Campaign Executive level

The PPE Brand Manager supports the growth and management of the PPE product category, reporting to the PPE Category Manager. This role involves optimizing the product portfolio, managing inventory, ensuring product quality &amp; customer satisfaction. 

The specialist collaborates with procurement, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle, from development to post-launch. Key Responsibilities: 

Product Portfolio Management

· Develop, Execute, and Assess PPE Range: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive PPE product range, identifying key lines, setting performance goals, and regularly aligning with market trends and business objectives.
· Liaison with Principals: Act as the primary contact with suppliers, setting KPIs, reporting on product performance, and conducting regular meetings to address progress and challenges.
· Introduce New Categories: Research, develop and introduce new product categories, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful market launches.
Procurement and Inventory

· Ensure Effective Inventory Levels: Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal inventory, aligning procurement with sales forecasts and demand to avoid stockouts and excess.
· Proactive Inventory Management: Continuously monitor and respond to inventory levels with timely procurement, marketing, and sales adjustments to address current stock status.
· Conduct Inventory Analysis: Perform detailed inventory analysis to provide insights for management, assess turnover, identify slow-moving items, and recommend optimization strategies.
Marketing

· Coordinate with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, clearances, and promotions, ensuring alignment with product availability and sales strategies.
· Support Marketing Material Creation: Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, ensuring they accurately reflect the product portfolio and align with the overall marketing strategy.
· Communication with the Team: Provide adequate communication to the sales teams on new product additions, stock and any relevant changes in the portfolio.
Required Experience

Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in product management, procurement, or a related role within the PPE industry or similar fields in Industrial B2B Sales (e.g., safety equipment, tools, or industrial products).
PPE Knowledge: Deep understanding of PPE or industrial products, including industry standards like ANSI/EN ISO.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external suppliers.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
Customer Insight: Ability to understand customer needs and align product offerings accordingly.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.

Basic Qualifications

Education, Qualifications &amp; Experiences

You should have a degree in hotel management or accounting and at least one year previous experience within a hotel environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM and SUN System is an asset.
